Guidelines to Parents



  •   Parents are requested to give due importance to their ward's Hand Book & School Assignment Book for conveying to them the academic and general activities of their ward and the school.
  •   It is advisable for the parents to go through the Hand Book & School Assignment Book of their Ward Daily.

  •   Parents are asked to acknowledge all the entries made, wherever requested and it is their responsibility to see that their ward completes the Home work/Assignments daily.
  •   A close observation of their ward's Hand Book & School Assignment Book will help in early detection of any deviation on the part of the student enabling the parent to discuss the matter with the class Teacher /Co-ordinator/Principal.
  •   Parents are requested to fill in the details called for in the Bio-data sheets in Hand book. Two copies of the Bio-data Sheets, One Copy will be taken for The School Records and The Second Copy will be retained in the Hand Book.
  •   The Hand book must be maintained neat, tidy and safe. Tearing of Pages or Scribbling Details in the Hand Book is Strictly Prohibited.
  •   Parents can communicate through Parents Query Page in the Hand Book. Important Notifications can be written separately in a letter form and can be addressed to the Principal.
  •   The loss of the Hand Book should be brought to the notice of the class teacher. If not traceable, a new Hand Book should be purchased.
  •   School hours are from 9.00 a.m. on all working days. Children should reach the school before 8.45 a.m.


  •   Fees will be collected on all working days between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.


  •   Children are not supposed to wear Gold, Silver Jewels. If lost the management is not responsible for such cases.
  •   This handbook should be brought by the children everyday. Books Notebooks, Tiffin Boxes and other articles should bear the names of the students.
  •   Children should complete their homework regularly before coming to school. The habit of maintaining neatly the books and note should be developed.
  •   Prior written approval of leave of absence is essential. In case of illness, absence should be condoned by a medical certificate exceeding 3 days.
  •   Absence during terminal examinations will not be entertained without proper reason and medical certificate.
  •   Parents should not visit classes or meet teachers during class hours, any information required can be had from the school office.
  •   Parents are asked to acknowledge all the entries made wherever requested and it is their responsibility to see that their ward completes the home work/assignment daily.
  •   If matters not concede by the above rules, the decision of the school authorities will be final.
