1️⃣ Attendance & Punctuality

• Regular attendance is mandatory for academic excellence.

• Students must arrive on time and be present for the full school day.

• Leave requests must be submitted in advance by parents/guardians.

• Late arrivals must report to the school office before entering class.

• Participation in all school programs and events is compulsory unless officially excused.

2️⃣ Uniform & Personal Appearance

• The prescribed school uniform must be worn on all working days and during school functions.

• Uniform should be neat, clean, and complete at all times.

• Jewellery, makeup, and non-permitted accessories are strictly prohibited.

• Hair must be tidy and properly maintained. Long hair should be neatly tied back.

• Personal grooming reflects discipline and self-respect.

3️⃣ Classroom Conduct

• Students must show respect to teachers, peers, and school staff at all times.

• Silence and attentiveness must be maintained during lessons.

• Instructions given by teachers and coordinators must be followed without hesitation.

• Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, and toys are strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by the school for academic purposes.

4️⃣ Safety & Responsible Behaviour

• Running, pushing, or rough play inside classrooms and corridors is not permitted.

• Students must remain within the school premises during school hours unless granted permission.

• Bullying, teasing, or any form of misconduct will invite strict disciplinary action.

• Safety protocols, emergency exits, and instructions must always be respected.

5️⃣ Academic Responsibility

• Homework and assignments must be completed and submitted on time.

• Students must bring required books, notebooks, and stationery daily.

• Academic honesty is compulsory. Cheating, copying, or malpractice during examinations or assessments is strictly prohibited.

6️⃣ Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Students are responsible for keeping classrooms and campus surroundings clean.

• Littering is strictly prohibited.

• Personal hygiene, including clean uniform, trimmed nails, and neat appearance, must be maintained at all times.

• Clean surroundings reflect disciplined minds.

7️⃣ Parent Partnership

• Parents are requested to regularly check school diaries, circulars, and official communications.

• Any change in address, contact details, or emergency information must be informed to the school immediately.

• Parents are encouraged to actively participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events for the holistic development of their child.

8️⃣ General Expectations

• Students must uphold the reputation of the school both inside and outside the campus.

• Respect for cultural, social, and individual differences is mandatory.

• Students are expected to act responsibly, ethically, and with integrity at all times.
